Shipping costs
Shipping costs for the entire range of products (excluding the Cube series) offered by M2 WORK SRLS are those indicated on the order form for each individual product, €14.99 for Italy and €19.99 for all European Community countries.
For the Cube series please contact the seller. We deliver to almost all European Community countries with a few exceptions*. The purchase of products classified as "spare parts" or "accessories" only will incur a fixed delivery charge of 14.99€, whatever their number, size or weight.

*Countries outside the European Union: delivery is DAP (Delivery At Place). Shipping costs of €90 include export customs charges and the cost of transport from our warehouse to the address indicated by the purchaser. On the other hand, the buyer is responsible for import customs charges (including VAT and any duties), which will be requested directly from the competent customs operator.

Free Shipping
Even in the case of the purchase of 2 or more garages, (with destination at the same address) the transport costs remain those of a single product

Shipping method
We ship exclusively by Express Courier.

Packaging
We take the utmost care in shipping in order to provide the highest quality of service. Products are shipped inside a suitable box to protect the item with additional shockproof padding.

Shipping times
We ship within 14 days after receipt of payment.
Estimated delivery time is within 5 working days from the time of shipment (except for courier delays).

Tracked Shipments
Tracking is sent to your e-mail address when the shipment is dispatched so that you can constantly check the progress of the shipment. Check your inbox once the transaction has been completed from our site.

Secure Shipping
For products weighing over 80 kg, we provide delivery by means of vehicles equipped with hydraulic tail lifts. Please note: this service is only provided for destinations accessible by medium/large trucks. UNLOADING WITH HYDRAULIC TAILGATE


ATTENTION
Delivery takes place at street level, near the access to the property and is only guaranteed in conditions of normal accessibility in safety of the vehicles used by the couriers (large vans or trucks). In the event of inaccessibility, the vehicles will unload at the nearest point that is safely accessible; the customer, aware of the difficulty of access of such vehicles to his home, shall take care of the transfer of the product to his property.
IDEA MOWER / M2 WORK SRLS shall not be held responsible for delays / non-delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure (by way of example, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, heavy snowfalls and similar events), for causes in any case attributable to the carrier or for additional charges borne by the customer in case of incomplete or incorrect address.

DAMAGE TO GOODS DUE TO TRANSPORT
Although the couriers contracted with IDEA MOWER / M2 WORK SRLS are extremely professional, the transport of goods containing metal parts, or in general of a certain volume and weight, subjects the goods themselves to the risk of damage: jolts, overturning, overlapping of packages, knocks and so on cannot be excluded a priori.
At the time of delivery, we recommend that you check all packages indicated in the tracking and their integrity.
In the case of damaged packages (packages that are visibly torn, deformed, opened, tampered with, etc.) we recommend that you sign the delivery note of the goods by entering "specific reserve" indicating the anomaly found. Without this specification, the reservation will be generic and useless for the purposes of the recognition of damage by the courier.
The goods received must be checked immediately after receipt, notifying us as soon as possible of any discrepancies through the special assistance service, sending photos and a description of the problem within a maximum period of 5 days, to guarantee the Company a minimum intervention margin of 48 hours.
IDEA MOWER / M2 WORK SRLS shall take care of disputing the damage to the carrier and guarantee the customer maximum assistance.
IDEA MOWER / M2 WORK SRLS reserves the right to make other arrangements with the customer if the inspection does not take place within 8 calendar days from delivery .
