Shipping costs

For all orders shipped to Italy and European Union countries, standard shipping is free of charge.

The shipping cost is already included in the prices shown on the website. No additional standard shipping charges are applied at checkout for Italy/EU destinations, unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed separately.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein

We currently do not ship directly to Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Customers based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein may use a forwarding service such as MeinEinkauf.ch. In this case, the order must be placed according to the instructions provided by the service, using the delivery address and details supplied by MeinEinkauf.ch.

Idea Mower / M2 Work S.r.l.s. will deliver exclusively to the address entered in the order. Any subsequent shipment to Switzerland or Liechtenstein, including customs procedures, service fees, taxes or other charges, remains the responsibility of the customer and/or the selected forwarding service.

United States and other non-EU countries

We ship to the United States and, where the service is available, to other countries outside the European Union, with the exception of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, for which direct shipping is not available.

For orders shipped outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated, non-EU shipments are made under DAP – Delivery At Place terms. Shipping costs include transport from our warehouse to the address provided by the buyer and any export customs procedures. Any import duties, local VAT, import taxes, customs charges, clearance fees or fees requested by the courier or local authorities in the destination country remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Free shipping within Italy and the EU
Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped to Italy and European Union countries. For non-EU destinations, shipping conditions and costs are handled separately as described above.

Shipping method
We ship exclusively by express courier for small and medium-sized parcels. For larger volumes, goods are shipped on pallets.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging our products in order to provide the highest possible quality of service. Products are shipped in suitable boxes designed to protect the item, with additional shock-absorbing padding where required.

Shipping times
Available products are generally shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. For made-to-order products, customizations, large formats or periods of high demand, order preparation may take up to 14 business days. Estimated delivery time is within 5 business days from dispatch, except for courier delays.

Tracked shipments
Tracking information is sent to the customer’s email address when the shipment is dispatched, so that delivery progress can be checked at any time.

Safe shipping
For products weighing over 80 kg, delivery may be carried out with vehicles equipped with a hydraulic tail lift. Please note: this service is only available for destinations accessible by medium/large trucks. Unloading with hydraulic tail lift.

Attention
Delivery takes place at street level, near the entrance to the property, and is guaranteed only under normal safe accessibility conditions for the vehicles used by couriers, such as large vans or trucks. If the destination is not accessible, the vehicles will unload at the nearest safely accessible point. The customer, aware of any access difficulties for such vehicles, will be responsible for transferring the product to their property.

Idea Mower / M2 Work S.r.l.s. cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, including but not limited to accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, heavy snowfall and similar events, or for causes attributable to the carrier, or for additional charges borne by the customer in the event of an incomplete or incorrect address.

Damage to goods during transport
Although the couriers used by Idea Mower / M2 Work S.r.l.s. are highly professional, the transport of goods containing metal parts, or in general goods of considerable size and weight, exposes the goods to the risk of damage. Shocks, overturning, overlapping parcels, impacts and other events cannot be excluded in advance.

Upon delivery, we recommend checking that all parcels indicated in the tracking are present and intact. In the case of damaged parcels, such as visibly torn, deformed, opened or tampered-with packaging, we recommend signing the delivery document with a specific reservation, clearly indicating the anomaly found. Without this specification, the reservation may be considered generic and ineffective for the recognition of damage by the courier.

The received goods must be checked immediately after delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported to us as soon as possible through the dedicated support service, sending photos and a description of the problem within a maximum period of 5 days, in order to allow the company a minimum intervention time of 48 hours.

Idea Mower / M2 Work S.r.l.s. will take care of disputing the damage with the carrier and will provide the customer with maximum assistance. Idea Mower / M2 Work S.r.l.s. reserves the right to make different arrangements with the customer if the inspection is not carried out within 8 calendar days from delivery.
